Dear Parents,
We wanted to let you know that Brian Kleinsmith, our middle school ELL teacher, has changed positions to teach full-time Chinese at the high school. Our district is unique in that we have several ELL teachers on staff! Because of this, we (Esther Van Haitsma and Victoria Cooley) will be covering the middle school opening along with our elementary schedules. Mrs. Cooley will be covering Baldwin, and Mrs. Van Haitsma will be covering Riley.
We are currently working with the teachers and students at the middle schools to make sure that our middle school ELL students’ needs continue to be met. If you have any concerns or questions about this transition, please contact either of us!
